Tomorrow Jack has his first soccer game *if the weather is okay. This will be Kole's second season and I can't wait!!! One cool thing this year is I have a cool jersey to wear. I mean it, our jerseys are cool. I can't wait to wear mine (it says Coach).

How cute does Jack look in his? I took pictures to post on my soccer blog but really I just wanted to show off my cutie pie in his first sporting opportunity.

The Captain and I were wanting to spend some time together without interruptions. We went to the back bedroom and locked the door. Now before your mind goes where it shouldn’t, this is a PG story with PG motives. So anyway, the kids were NOT happy about Mom and Dad not being in the same room. They started pounding on the door, determined to get in. We just laid there laughing (so much for relaxation time). Oh well, our kids can be very amusing so it was not a big deal.

They tried some persuasive techniques. They said they were going to spy on us. They didn’t get a response. Lil’ Bit said he wanted the door open RIGHT THIS INSTANT. Giggle giggle. He starts saying anything he can think of… Triangle! Rectangle! Anything! Dinosaur! What do I have to do? Mom the phone is ringing *it wasn't ringing,

Kole wants to be dropped off now at school.
I asked him why, he said he wants to be cool.
I enjoyed walking from the parking lot to the door-
but now that he has a choice, he doesn’t want me to anymore.

I mentioned that Shawn’s Mom walks him and he said “But Shawn’s Mom is…” then he got quiet. What? What is Shawn’s Mom? So I ask (trying not to sound hurt). He looks scared, he doesn’t want to make me sad. “Nevermind” my lil’ man says. WOW. I still don’t know and I’m curious.
